Engineering manager Alex Popov talked in a panel discussion at DEV.BG All In One Conference with Tanya Radeva from Google and Vesko Kolev from Progress on the merits of being a humble leader: "My success is not a result of my actions. It is a result of my team's actions."

 

 

We were happy to co-host a meetup with Golang Bulgaria in Sofia on July 25 to discuss Go scheduling and engage the many attendees in our unscripted Unsessions!

Thanks to everyone who attended DEVit 2019 in Thessaloniki, Greece to hear our senior software engineer Nikolay Stoitsev talk about migrating microservices from Python to Go!

 

 

 
A team of our interns, ex-interns, and engineering managers participated in a career fair with the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Sofia University where we explored what goes into making a great tech internship, along with more practical areas to get candidates ready for the interview process and the internship itself.

 

 

Huge thanks to senior director of engineering Shobhana Ahluwalia, who flew all the way from San Francisco to be a keynote speaker at DigitalK 2019—one of the most recognized conferences in CEE. Her talk was on Listening, Learning and Leadership.
