Mohammed G Khatib is a Staff Software Engineer on Uber’s Core Storage team. He has been working in the area of storage systems and distributed systems for the past 10 years. His work focuses on improving availability, scalability, efficiency, and performance. He has worked in the areas of pub-sub system, efficiency, power capping, and non-volatile memory. Mohammed holds a PhD in Computer Science and has co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed technical articles. He is also a named inventor on 5 US patents.
